Choline & Inositol are co-enzymes often recommended together. The average diet provides between 500mg and 1000mg of choline daily, which is richest in eggs, liver and other organ meats, as well as brewer's yeast and wheat germ. The average intake of inositol which is in a wide variety of foods is 1000mg.
